WARRANTY

 

Allstar Dental Laboratories Ltd. warranties every product it fabricates and produces according to the doctor's prescription against defects in materials or craftsmanship from the original delivery date for the following period below:

 

 

Full Denture or Partial Denture.............. 2 years on acrylic

Valplast Denture ....................................2 years

Cast Partial Denture.............................. 2 years on an acrylic portion

                                                               5 years on the metal portion                                                                         

Metal Crown and Bridge........................ 5 years

PMMA Crown and Bridge ..................... 2 years

Composite inlay/onlay/crown................. 2 years

Porcelain Fused to Metal....................... 5 years

All Ceramic Restoration......................... 5 years 

Implant Restoration............................... 2 years on acrylic, composite

                                                               5 years on metal, porcelain

                                                               5 years on zirconium

D-SAD .................................................. 5 years

Orthodontic........................................... 90 days

Splint & Nightguard ..............................90 days

Snoring & Sleep Appliances .................90 days

 

What is covered by the warranty?
          Defects in materials or craftsmanship

 

What is NOT covered by the warranty?
          Abuse
          Accident/Loss

          Misuse/Mishandling

          Bond Failure
          Modifications such as root canal access hole

          Alteration/Repair performed by someone else other than Allstar Dental Laboratories Ltd.
          Any other damages not resulting from defects in materials or craftsmanship.
   
Warranty claim procedure
          Return the original restoration to Allstar Dental Laboratories Ltd. within the warranty period.
          Send new impressions or bites and an opposing model. In some cases, pick-up impressions may work better.
          If a new restoration is delivered before the original restoration is returned without prior arrangement, only 50% of the credit on labour will be issued against the new restoration. 

 

Warranty work
          Allstar Dental Laboratories Ltd. will, at its own discretion, repair or replace all or part of products with a new unit or part, all without charge.

 

Warranty Limitations

          The warranty does not apply to temporary restorations such as provisional crowns or immediate dentures 
          The warranty does not apply to repairs or reline/rebase of denture/cast partial.
          The warranty is issued to the original doctor who issued the original prescription and is not transferable.
          The cost of warranty work can not exceed the cost of the original fee.
          If the warranty work exceeds the original fee, the difference will be charged.
          There is no cash refund.
          The account with Allstar Dental Laboratories Ltd. must be current when the warranty claim is submitted.
